The financial challenge will represent a decision-making process based on numerical data. Participants will have to interpret numbers to understand advantages and disadvantages of a deal and come up with reasoning for taking a certain business decision.

An example of a challenge can be advising on a deal for the acquisition of a company, by comparing 2 or 3 options.

The marketing challenge will be focused on developing a strategy to increase the market presence of a company. Teams will analyse various potential approaches and initiatives, seeking profitable new market segments and the products which could fill them.

The strategic challenge will be exploring a decision-making process within a company, related to their products or services and whether they would deliver a competitive advantage. The strategic decision will apply different types of analyses to determine if a particular decision is worth following or not. Some approaches you might use as tools are SWOT, PESTLE and Porter's Five Forces.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP CHALLENGE

The entrepreneurship challenge is the grand challenge of the event. In this challenge, you will have to develop a pitch on a provided start-up idea and pitch it together with your team to a panel of investors.
